A: Yes, a 30% deposit is required to secure your date as well as an agreement to our Terms and Conditions. The remaining balance is due three weeks before your wedding day.

A: All music in our wedding films must be legally licensed, but we offer two options to ensure the soundtrack reflects your style:
Option 1 (most popular): We carefully select the perfect songs for your film, choosing tracks that best represent you as a couple.
Option 2: We shortlist six or more songs and send them to you in advance, so you can choose your favorites.
If you have a specific song in mind for your wedding film, we may be able to license it through a third-party service for a small additional fee. Let us know, and we’ll provide a quote!

A: Our approach is relaxed and documentary-style, capturing your wedding day as it naturally unfolds. While we focus on real moments, we’ll also offer gentle direction to help you shine. We work closely with your photographer to make sure you look and feel your best, allowing you to relax and enjoy every second. Most importantly, we want everyone to have fun—it’s your special day, after all!

A: We know how important your wedding photos are, and we work closely with your photographer to ensure everything flows seamlessly. When photography takes priority, we step back, and likewise, during key video moments, your photographer will do the same—it’s a collaborative process. Before the wedding, we’ll reach out to your photographer to introduce ourselves and coordinate, so when the day comes, we’re all working as one team to capture the best possible memories for you.

A: Our standard turnaround time is 5–8 weeks, depending on the season. While our Terms and Conditions state up to 12 weeks, we pride ourselves on delivering much sooner—you won’t be waiting that long!

A: Your wedding film will be delivered on a USB in a high-quality digital format, making it easy to watch, download, and share with loved ones. We’ll post it directly to you, but can also provide a Google Drive download link upon request at lower quality.

A: Absolutely! We’re based in Sydney but love travelling for weddings. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
