Pricing & Packages

How much does wedding videography cost?

Our packages start at $2,400, and most couples invest between $3,000 and $4,000, depending on their needs. When you enquire, we’ll send you a pricing brochure that covers each package in detail. The best next step is a quick chat so we can figure out what makes sense for your day.

What's included in each package?

Every package includes drone footage, professionally licensed music, and a USB with all of your video files in high quality. The main differences are coverage hours, film length, and included extras. All packages include the full-length speeches and a teaser delivered within 7 days. 

Can I customise a package?

Whilst we do offer several add-ons, for the most part, packages themselves aren’t customisable. However, we do offer Raw Footage, Additional Edits and Coverage Hours as well as Additional Videographers.

Do you offer photo and video packages?

At the moment, we focus on film only, but we work alongside photographers all the time. If you need a recommendation, we've got a few we love working with, and we're happy to share their details.

Process & Delivery

How long does it take to get our wedding film?

Around 5-8 weeks from your wedding day. The main thing that can slow it down is music selection, which is why we start that process early. We'll keep you posted along the way.

How does music selection work?

We'll ask you about vibes and genres you love. From there, we choose tracks that fit your day and license them properly through Musicbed. You don't need to pick specific songs. Just tell us what feels right, and we'll handle it.

What do we actually receive?

A beautifully edited film (length depends on your package), on a USB.  You can share with family and friends. If you've added a Teaser, you'll get that within 7 days through online delivery. If you've added raw footage, that comes with the final delivery too, on a Hard Drive. We always recommend backing this up though. 

Can we request changes to the final edit?

Yes. We want you to love it. At our discretion, any changes to the final delivery will be charged on an hourly rate. It’s best to let us know what you would like to be changed, and we can provide an estimated quote. 

On the Day

How many people will be filming?

One cinematographer for the Highlights Film and Short Film packages. You have the option of adding an additional videographer. If you do, we will be in different places throughout the day, ensuring we acquire maximum coverage. 

How many hours of coverage do we get?

7 hours for the Short and Sweet Film, 9 for the Classic Film, and 11 for the Signature Film. We'll help you figure out the best start and finish times based on your day's schedule.

Do you direct us or tell us what to do?

We do direct, but it's designed to feel completely natural. We'll guide you through moments so you feel relaxed and at ease, not like you're performing for a camera. Think of it more like gentle suggestions than posed setups. Most couples tell us they just felt like they were enjoying their day, and that's exactly the point.

Will you get in the photographer's way?

No. We've worked with many photographers over the years, and we know how to stay out of each other's way. We always check in with your photographer beforehand to make sure we're on the same page.

Do you bring drone equipment?

Yes. Drone is included in every package at no extra cost. We'll fly it when conditions allow and when it suits the venue. Some venues have restrictions, but we'll sort that out ahead of time.

Booking & Availability

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can. Popular dates (especially Saturdays in spring and autumn) fill up fast. We've had couples book 18 months out, and we've had others reach out 6 weeks before. It depends on the date.

What's the booking process?

You get in touch, we’ll send through our pricing information and a booking line to have a phone chat. If it’s a good fit, from there, we send through our Terms and Conditions. The payment of the 30% deposit confirms your acknowledgement of the T&Cs and locks in your date. 

How much is the deposit?

We ask for a 30% deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due closer to your wedding day. 

Do you travel outside Sydney?

Yes, we do. We do have a rough coverage area, and so there may be a travel fee involved on top of the package pricing. We’re always upfront about whether or not there is one in your initial enquiry. The fee can change depending on the location. 

What happens if you're already booked on our date?

If we're not available, we'll let you know honestly. We don't double-book, and we don't send someone you haven't met. If your date is taken, we might be able to suggest someone we trust.
